Construction of 21 single family homes in the brand new O4+ neighborhood of Monocacy Meadows began in November 2005.  Construction of these tree and four bedroom homes progressed quickly and smoothly and all 21 homes were completed in January 2006.  Our plan for Monocacy Meadows has been completed.

At the same time, construction began in the brand new 146 townhome neighborhood of Catoctin View.  All three and four bedroom homes, open to all ranks, have been completed.  A state-of-the-art Neighborhood Center was also constructed in this neighborhood and opened its doors in July 2006.   Our plan for Catoctin View has been completed.
