To be sure you qualify to receive your gift check, make sure your friends inform the Leasing Specialist you referred them to Balfour Beatty Communities when they first come to visit!

Here’s how it works:

1. Refer a friend or family to move into Fort Detrick.
2. Make sure your friends inform the Leasing Specialist that you referred them when they are ready to lease housing.
3. Once your friends have moved into family housing you will receive a $150 gift check.
4. You’ll receive a $150 for each referral. So talk it up!
